I’m on call 24/7 pretty much unless I say I can’t be, but it isn’t often. I now only work on our own trucks but we have 30 trucks and trailers and there’s me and one other guy, I have no schedule.

They are also the guys that bring their trucks in all the time and when you recommend repairs and they listen and look after their stuff.

I’m a service advisor at a TA and I try and help my drivers regardless and try and get them in and out as fast as possible with great service, alot of ppl think drivers are these mean old men

Even as a fleet mechanic I understand this. Some drivers appreciate and help you while you're in the mud. And others wait in the cab. Take care of the drivers that take care of us👍
