The body repairs damaged fibers by fusing them, which increases the mass and size of the muscles. Our bodies are made to grow when we train them. Don’t doubt yourself💖 make sure also that you’re getting 0.8 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight per day. Also don’t forget to rest so u can fully recover and build those muscles bigger and stronger.
