@carolsotofitness: 🚨Someone had to say it!! “Ehhh… have you heard of supersets?!” I LOVE supersets! However, there is a time & place for combining 2 exercises back to back. There’s gotta be a reason and a strategy behind it ✔️ But if you are doing it to get the sensation or feeling of working hard then that means: A) you are not pushing yourself enough during your set B) you are confused about your goals & how to achieve them If your goal is to BUILD muscle then you have to prioritize resistance training over aerobic training (aka cardio) and not mix the 2! ✔️Choose exercises that fit your goals and structure ✔️Move as much load as possible ✔️Train close to failure ✔️Rest at least 2 mins between sets ✔️Be consistent 📲 If you struggle with training, I’m currently accepting online clients for my custom 1:1 coaching — Apply in the link bio or DM me & lets set up a FREE consultation call 📞 #workouttips #gym #personaltrainertips #gymmistakes #gymmotivation #GymTok
