It may not be acne, there is a condition called hidradenitis suppurativa that can appear similar to acne. Diagnosis is through a dermatologist. Xx

I went on accutane twice and it cleared me up both times but almost as soon as I stopped it all came rushing back 😓 that in combination with the dry eyes and hair loss… I wouldn’t recommend it
