Thanks to @Too Good To Go I can make some fun upgrades to my favorite quiche recipe! Using a springform pan, I’ll use croissants that I got in my surprise bag as the base before adding the filling. It’s super cheesy, full of vegetables and bacon, and has a flaky, buttery crust! Give it a try! 9-inch springform pan 6 large croissants, cut in half 8 slices of bacon, cooked 4 shallots, sauteed 2 cups of cooked spinach 8 large eggs 1 cup whole milk 2 ¾ cup heavy cream Salt and pepper to taste ¾ cup parmesan cheese Bake at 325F for 2 hours #TooGoodToGoPartner
