This happens in summer for me in aus. The foil cards just peace out once a little bit of humidity touches them.

Sooo Magic switched production facilities a while back and this started happening to foils. Did Pokemon change something recently? Also try putting them in a humidor

I live in Aus and I get this all the time if I don’t tightly pack any foil card or top load them. They turn into Pringles! 😩

It’s because the foil is cheap. Mtg change how they do their foils too and they just curl now and it’s annoying af

The foil Pokémon uses is slightly metalic and due to the heat the metal shrinks and causes warping when cooled they will return to normal (hopefully)

Speaking from a packaging background, I’ve experienced Holographic/silver lamination is super sensitive to humidity. Moisture makes it curly.
