I was deferred for two conditions on June 24th and got a letter today saying that they were deferred again. how does that happen? QTC did the exams in the VA said that they needed some clarification..

example: I submit a claim 6/24 then submit another one 7/24, so now rater has to rate 6/24 with C&P/DBQ for Decision. 7/24 claim stills needs C&P sp they get deferred and rate the first one.

I submitted a BDD Claim and I’m out in September.. still no development letters like they say they’ve sent and it’s been in the save review process 😭

I get a lot of pains in my shoulders, it really is a distraction for me on a day to day basis but it seems like I’m not being heard in the VA as well as regular providers. It’s 20% for both shoulders

When I got out of active duty, 30 days after I was at 90% but had 4 issues deferred, 4 months later I was 100% with several thousand in back pay.
