As a homebuilder for a company we don’t offer sealing the grout but I recommend every new buyer to do it. If they don’t I get a call 6months later about their grout lol

Wait until y’all find out that they don’t seal granite either. Found out the hard way after we bought a brand new house.

Ours did not do this and the grout is coming up in so many places. Were going to have to replace the whole floor 😭
