@myriadrecipes: FRENCH ONION SOUP RISOTTO 😮‍💨🍲   AD | I'm so excited to say that I've teamed up with @knorr again to bring you this silky, delicious risotto using Knorr's White Wine Stock Pots 👀🫶🏽 One pot is the equivalent to the flavour of half a glass of full-bodied white wine and is perfect for creating an array of dishes from this risotto, to stews, and casseroles. It adds extra flavour to your home cooked date night meals, I am totally obsessed 💛 You can purchase the White Wine Stock Pots in ASDA right now, so go make this recipe and let me know what you think! 💨 Ingredients: (Serves 2-3) 🧈 25g butter 🫒 1 tbsp olive oil 🧅 3 large onions, finely sliced 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar 🧄 4 garlic cloves, minced 🛒 1 Knorr White Wine Stock Pot 🧀 25g gruyere cheese, grated 🫕 25g parmesan cheese, grated 🌾 150g arborio (risotto) rice 🌱 5g chives, finely chopped Method: 1. Place a pan on medium heat and add in your butter and olive oil. 2. Once the butter has melted, add in your onions and cook until soft, stirring frequently. 3. Sprinkle in the sugar, and cook for a further 20 minutes or until caramelised. 4. Add in your garlic, followed by your risotto rice. Give everything a mix. 5. Add in 1 Knorr White Wine Stock Pot. Let it melt into the dish and then gradually pour in water, around 500ml. 6. Stir frequently and if the mixture becomes dry, add water until the risotto rice is cooked. 7. Once your rice is cooked, grate in the gruyere cheese. 8. Divide between 2 to 3 plates, top with grated parmesan cheese and chives.
