No workout is done better with higher reps. There’s a loading and stability issue if you have to go higher reps.

strerch is not ”probably” the most hypertrophy causing part of any exercise. Its not at all. The reduction is the most important part. Streching muscles under tension is just gonna increase your risk

If your lucky enough to have a seated pullover (like the Dorian Yates one on blood and guts) this exercise becomes redundant. That machine is the GOAT for lats IMO
