I am going on 43 and have early menopause and one of my symptoms in frozen shoulder and kills sometimes especially at night when alseep and try to move and your shoulders are frozen and stiff.

I'm 42 and just got checked for arthritis turns out to be tendinitis in my rotator cuff but I know it's more than that. this makes sooo much sense. I first noticed trying to do up my bra every morning
