I missed my FLR biometric appointment twice because I was unwell. The Home Office asked for evidence, which I provided, but it was rejected. We reapplied with evidence again, but it was refused and this time they said there was no evidence of a fall, I never mentioned a fall and all the evidence for my other sickness, It seems my solicitor misunderstood and verbally told them over the phone that I was sick and had fall but will find after evidence. Now the Home Office is only focusing on that misunderstanding and not the actual evidence I submitted. What can I do in this situation ?
