I used to play cs, switched to Val and came back to cs a few weeks ago, no cs player is allowed to say, the bullets dont connect in Val. Bc in Cs the bullets wont even Connect if ur infornt of somebod

It's called inaccuracy, and on longer ranges it results in an "inaccuracy drop off". Either wait more for the recoil to reset or crouch to have a higher chance of hitting the head.
