It’s just friction from sleeping on their back and moving their head.. my daughter had the same hair at birth, had her baldy phase, and is now 4 with hair that can floss her butt crack. 🤣🤣

If they lay on the back too much that’s what happens sometimes. It gets thin.

It won’t be bald! My 5m daughter was born hairy, and still no signs. I think only if hair starts growing after the baby is born, it can lead to bald spots
