It’s all about deep conditioning as well! Make sure you all deep condition one or twice a week and DEFINITELY do it after washing out straighten hair

Also, having natural curly hair is part of why when you straighten it it looks like a blowout with soft waves/curls. So it's another benefit to having naturally curly hair.
