I always feel so self conscious posting videos where mine are bad, or suddenly not posting videos with them after I had been doing it for a while. theres so many misconceptions about tics and it feels like no matter how many people say that they can come and go in phases, people will still question us when something changes.

I’m glad to see someone else experience this! I take meds which really help but, even off my meds my tics are significantly better now than they were 2 years ago 💕

yeah as you get older it gets a lot better, personally I got medication too which can make me go days without tics now it’s great, but I think even if I stopped my meds I’d have a lot less tics
