A landlord should be able to do whatever they want after the lease expires. If tenants have a problem with that then they should have bought. Tenants have rights that they haven't earned.

My landlord hired a real estate agent to sell the unit I'm renting and he has never heard of the lease moving to the new buyer. Thought he could just give me 60 days notice and no $.
