Why can I do more pull ups when I’m not warmed up? Before I workout I always do some rotator cuff exercises. But after that I feel heavier. This morning I did like 22 without warming up.

Thumbs over can be fine (and good) for body weight pull ups, but when adding a lot of weight, thumb under gives a stronger grip on the bar.

Nah the thumb thing isn’t better like that. You have more strength if you grip the bar normally.
