The solution is to turn it off completely 3 times (since it is a configuration error) it happened to me I felt crazy to find out and I just turned it off I turned it off and it happened ... I returned to normal

It happened with 13pro max. I CANT switch to my 3x telephoto lens. I can only use 0.5 and 1x cameras. This happened AFTER A SOFTWARE UPDATE!!! And I have the SAME MESSAGE. IM LIVID!!!

Solution: Unscrew the phone, check the camera module connection. Sometimes, after a hard drop, the flex metal disconnects from the motherboard socket, hence the issue. Reconnect it then there you go! Woked for me! But the downside is that apple might refuse to have your phone serviced in certified centers if you need one in the future since your phone has been opened before.
