The intention is in your heart and does not need to be said out loud. 2) Say “Bismillah” then wash both hands up to the wrists 3 times starting with the right followed by the left. 3) Rinse your mouth 3 times. 4) Rinse the nose 3 times by gently sniffing water from your cupped hand and sniffing it out with the left hand. 5) Wash your entire face 3 times. 6) Wash both arms from the tips of the fingers up to and including the elbows 3 times, starting with the right followed by the left. 7) Wipe your head starting with the front to the back. 8) Wipe your ears. 9) Wash your feet up to and including the ankles 3 times, starting with the right followed by the left.
