@mahmoodjanahiz: مكعبات ساندويتش آيس كريم التمر المكونات 1 كوب تمر طازج 1 كوب مكسرات (جوز وجوز البقان مخلوط) 1/2 كوب حليب مكثف محلى 300 جرام جبنة كريم فيلادلفيا 1 كوب كريمة مخفوقة 1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا 1 ملعقة صغيرة من كل من القرفة والهيل 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة زعفران 500 جرام بسكويت لوتس 100 جرام زبدة 1/2 كوب دهن لوتس الطريقة في محضرة الطعام أضيفي اللوتس ونصف البهارات واخلطيهم جيدًا. ثم أضيفي الزبدة واخلطيهم جيدًا واتركيهم جانبًا. في وعاء الخلاط الكهربائي المزود بملحق الخفق أضيفي الجبن والحليب المكثف واخلطيهم جيدًا. ثم أضيفي الفانيليا واخلطيهم. اطوي الكريمة المخفوقة واخلطيهم جيدًا. في صينية مربعة مبطنة بورق الخبز أضيفي نصف خليط البسكويت وأضيفي نصف خليط الجبن فوقهم. وزعي المكسرات والتمر فوق الجبن ورشي البهارات المتبقية. أضيفي الجبن المتبقي ووزعيه بالتساوي ثم أضيفي خليط البسكويت المتبقي واضغطي برفق. غطي الصينية وضعيها في الفريزر لمدة 12 ساعة أو طوال الليل. أخرجيها ثم قطعيها إلى مكعبات وقدميها على الفور. Date ice cream sandwich cubes Ingredients 1 cup fresh dates 1 cup nuts (walnuts and pecans mixed) 1/2 cup sweet condensed milk 300 grams Philadelphia cream cheese 1 cup whipped whipping cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon each cinnamon and cardamom 1/2 teaspoon saffron 500 grams lotus biscuits 100 grams butter 1/2 cup lotus spread Method In a food processor add the lotus and half the spices and blend well. Then add the butter and mix well and set aside. In a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment add the cheese and the condensed milk and mix well. Then add the vanilla and mix. Fold the whipped cream and mix well. In a square pan lined with baking paper add half the biscuit mixture and add half the cheese mixture on top. Spread the nuts and dates on top of the cheese and sprinkle the remaining spices. Add the remaining cheese and spread evenly then add the remaining biscuit mixture and press gently.
