NOOO! GET A NEW PIECE BECAUSE THE ONE YOURE USING IS EITHER FAKE OR YOURE ALLERGIC TO IT! my dad has one and this happened and he had to change the piercing. that fixed the issue

I get salivary gland stones all the time. I had on under my chin near my neck, one in my jaw line and one in the corner of my lip all at the same time. On my birthday of all days. Once you get one

it's a reaction to the barbell some people can't have silver in the piercing try a plastic barbell or gold

yea it's probably a salivary gland stone the piercing probably stopped your gland from emptying properly and then a stone formed
