Black seed oil is hard to get used to but it may be better to just chew the seeds with some dates. Alot easier to manage and be consistent with.

It’s a sunnah. Sahih al-Bukhari, 5687 The Prophet SAW said it has healing for every disease death. Try mixing it with other things like honey. Or you can get the seeds and sprinkle it over food❤️
