Depending on the meds, it does take a while to build up in your system. For instance, my anxiety med, it takes about a month to build up in my system and for the med to work.

You got this… sometimes it gets a little worse before it gets better with meds. I’m assuming it’s an SSRI, but yeah, you need a lot of water.
