I would change the bulbs to led bulbs instead so nothing or no one else can get burnt. Love the aesthetic tho, and the repair 😊

LED lights have a low operating temperature, you should double check that neither the bulb or fitting is dodgy… I can physically touch my LED bulbs and they’re maybe slightly warm if not mostly cool.
