when u deliberately stay after closing time I feel they should add a fee equal to overtime hourly wage for each employee who has to stay over. maybe people would be more respectful then

When I worked at a restaurant in the 80s we closed at 11 pm. Kitchen stayed open till then. Even if customers came in at 10:59 pm. It sucked but that’s what closing time meant.
