Hi , i have keratosis pilaris and its the worst in my back. One day i decided to tan in the sun, burned my skin , it peeled , and bam it was gone !!❤️I now have a clear back !

I think that in acne-prone individuals diet plays a huge role. I noticed that when I don't eat sweets, dairy, bread, sweet baked products, and instead eat healthy foods - my acne gets much much better

I had back acne for YEARS. Salt and organic apple cider vinegar baths helped a lot and got rid of most of it. Later on I started accutane as well. But mine was a lot worse than yours and the baths
