@cookwithrock: This Pork Tenderloin with a Bourbon Maple glaze turned out amazing! Killer recipe, and super simple. 275º for 45 minutes on the pork tenderloin, until you hit 135º internal then apply the gaze before taking it to 145º. For the glaze, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 4 oz bourbon. Bring it to a boil then reduce. #porktenderloin #bourbon #summerbbq
