Let your baby (5+ months) push your chest with the soles of their feet. If necessary, gently push the knees towards your chest to facilitate a direction. Let your baby push a few times 🤍 Once your baby has done this, your baby’s sensory needs will be met for a little while and it will often be easier to change the diaper afterwards.
