Ngl, reaching this point was turbulent af. I’m talking therapy 3x,for a total of 4hrs a week. BUT, as I enter my 2nd year of NC, I can honestly say there is freedom beyond the fear!

My mom name is Katherine and she was very toxic for the last 4 years and put me so much. That’s it hard for me to move on and heal.
