it's very possible that they did not have belly buttons, cause the belly button is from where the umbilical cord was attached & since they never had an umbilical cord they could possibly not have one

I believe that the guy is right because if they were made from dirt then they weren't given birth to. people who are born/give birth have an umbilical cord meaning that the belly button is from that.
