@sandy.dog.rescue: This is South LA shelter. They are so overwhelmed with dogs and so understaffed. This is very similar to many shelters in SoCal. If you want to get involved with dog rescue you can volunteer for a nearby shelter and help out with the dogs. If you don’t have the time to do that, you can donate to your favorite rescue.
