can I just say that I had piles for maybe 2 years. I eat clean, exercise almost daily, I don't sit very often, still had them. had 2 weeks of antibiotics for unrelated issues and they never came back.

I don’t have problems going thanks to IBS and the problem is real plus the blood! And I drink 2 litres water a day please explain why they won’t go! 😂😁🙈

Thanks for this I’d not heard of psyllium husk. I’m vegan & drink so much water but my medication causes constipation- will give this a try 😊

Mines from birth though and it was agony. Now I pop a suppository and cream every day (I’m 2 weeks postpartum and they are pretty much gone now)

Just had a surgery turns out i had a peri anal fistula combined with something else, let me tell yall! The surgery recovery is NOTHING compared to the pain i was in👏 everyone might be different!
