I don’t think they will ever let rates to go down to 2% rates. No one will be forcing rental rates to come down. The price increases will continue to be felt in all industries they will never come down now because wages are up we also have labour laws that don’t favour the employers

Good the lower the rate and lower the market (stocks).It will be time to leverage (home equity) soon (my best guess Dec 2024). Since they printed more money, the market will go up higher than homes.
