Fedex employee here. smaller the package, higher chance it gets lost. really good quality, cardboard box can’t be beat. Also, add a packing slip inside with shipper and recipient info. 1/2

I’d recommend against tubes. The processing machinery at the Postal Service is designed for rectangles. Tubes are more likely to experience delays.

I personally wouldn't recommend tube packaging as mail company's use conveyor belt systems in most mailing places so they could end up just rolling infinitly I'd personally see about a square box with

this is a cool idea but will probably get lost in the mail, and the tube being a cylinder will be hell for the delivery guys. id just say cut your losses and get a box. sometimes less is not more

I understand your mission but ideally the entire label will fit on one side and not be folded like you had near the beginning. The process works much better when it can read everything not partials.

Tubes commonly have additional handling with any brands other then usps. So basically if you ship a tube via ups it’ll cost quite a bit more.
