Turkish ice cream contains Salep, flour from the bulb of an orchid that costs around $2000 USD per kg, though it's more tasty in a glass of hot milk, because the cold does make you taste it less.. and if it tasted not great, maybe you got ice cream with artificial Salep. The real thing is very tasty.

That ice cream is much better than Burger King and Macdonald. It is expensive but u do enjoy it. Look up how it made and where it comes from.
