That looks like dreaming to me. Luna does the same thing. Took her to the vet and they said it was just dreams. Def check with your vet though

you have a very beautiful dog! that looks like he is just dreaming, usually that are medium to bigger sizes have more active dreams than other dogs

vet tech here! it looks like hes just dreaming. if he seems disoriented after or kinda in a daze i would be worried. he looks okay to me though

From my experience, both of my Danes and my chihuahua dream like this. They’ll all bark/whine in their sleep too lol

hes just running after a toy in his dream 🥰 trust me i have an older dog that my grandparents take care of she has seizures & they are very violent you can tell trust me girl you are clear 🫡
