@amytimmerman1: 💭Being back in Ontario in my hometown is reminding me of all the years i spent in this environment; of feeling “stuck” here, not feeling like myself, not being around likeminded people. You BLOOM when you are in the right environment. Leaving the norms/expectations of the place you grew up in, will allow you to grow in ways you never could. Your environment plays such a massive roll in who you become by influencing how you think, who you hangout with, what perspectives you’re exposed to, how you carry yourself, and what you do. 🌱When you leave your hometown, you can totally reinvent yourself. You can become who you were supposed to be at your core, instead of the person you were influenced to become. Sometimes all it takes is being around people who don’t know the old you, to become who you are meant to be. No expectations. No explanations needed.
