I worked at a kinda water park. Ii dunno who the situation is in the US but in Europe, you don't have to be concerned about the water, it's pretty clean (except the kids area)

i also have contamination OCD but could never do a water park . when i was a lot younger i used to love them but the OCD has gotten worse 😔.i miss functioning regularly
