@sunandstar: Dying my hair with the Ion Brilliance Demi Permannt hair color. I used 30 cream developer. I would mix this with level 10 but it will not cover my grays. A higher developer will cover my grays and I find that it won’t damage my hair like a permanent hair dye. I’ve been trying to take care of my hair for the past 3 years now since last bleaching it. Demi is rhe way to go for me.
