Heat water with 2 tbsp butter. 2. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add water mixture and knead until smooth. 3. Let dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled. 4. Shape into 7-inch breadsticks and let rise again for 45 minutes. 5. Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush with 2 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle with coarse salt. 6. Bake 13–15 minutes until golden. 7.
