Two explanations. Arthur and John have the exact same character model in RDR2 so their draw time is equal. Jack and John in RDR1 have a less realistic and choppier, therefore faster animation for draw

I hate when people compare these draw times as in both epilogues it’s super obvious that Jack has John’s draw speed in RDR1 and John has Arthur’s in RDR2. Rockstar doesn’t care enough to change it
