This is crazy wild! My heart breaks for them family! My aunt was a DNR and I was in such denial, I begged and pleaded with them to bring her back! I’ll forever respect someone’s DNR!

Ok but if he wasn't able to make his own decisions at that time, can't his parents, which I assume would be the POA, can make it for him? With a DNR, it can be reversed at any time if they choose to.
