UKG employee here... When they acquired Great Places To Work they pulled UKG from the rankings moving forward. Still feels gross, but UKG isn’t technically ranked anymore. As a side note, not all companies are reviewed/ranked. It’s basically a marketing gimmick

I wouldnt recommend UKG, I just stopped working there in August. Terrible culture, not a lot of growth, spend more on trying to get business than their own employees.

Maybe they claim to use a third party to determine it? Or maybe they explain their methodology and it is equally applied to everyone so they claim it is fair? I honestly don't know though. Seems weird
