I don't know what happened on this day but guys to be honest Pholosong has improved kakhulu infact it's a highly recommended hospital in Gauteng, I have 5 children that were born in this hospital 🏥

This is normal at all government clinics and hospitals. You wait all day. Take a cooler bag with food.

Start at the clinic to avoid such to happen to you, some people call ambulance for flu and force to come to hospital casualty is for life and death situations …get a referral from your local clinic♥️

The issue of the public health sector is sad. The government hires one Dr to take care of the whole hospital, working a 24 hour shift with no breaks. Kamo there facilities are limited. No medication

they don't want to hire. I know of a hospital that has to have at least 500 nurses but they have 160 not even 50% of what is needed and they expect them to function normal

Went to the public hospital at 7am. I had an abscess on my brain. Doctor did scans at 12pm. Called the ambulance to go to another hospital. By the time I got to the next hospital, I almost died.

That's the worse hospital, the treatment is so bad in that hospital and i lost my child there, i really hate it even today
