@emmakok: I have a chronic illness called gastroparesis. It means that my stomach is paralyzed. Since I was a baby I have two feeding pumps because I cannot eat. I have never been able to eat. Gastroparesis is a rare disease and right now there is no cure. I wanna share my story and my experience with gastroparesis. And having gastroparesis is not easy. It is hard. Everyday is a big struggle for me. But one thing I am grateful for, is the people that I have met. I have met my best friends by having gastroparesis. I am so thankful for meeting those girls, having a rare disease can feel very lonely. And the most important thing for me is my voice. If I didn’t have my voice I wouldn’t be were I am right now.
