question.. I'm struggling with the edges not coming 100% smooth of both mdf and moisture resistant. I sand down with 240 and mdf primer before spraying. Any advice?

Make sure to use edge sealer on them edges mate, they’ll go fluffy when you paint them if ya don’t. 👍🏼

just glue small 3 mm mdf on a 18 /16 mm mdf. you get the same look en save lot of time
