They failed to mention that it was a strategic goal to keep average RN wage at 40 or less depending on the market. Lots of work to develop a new grad pipeline and avoid too experienced/expensive RNs

Check your 403b or 401 k. I realized it was not matched properly…every 18 months vs monthly,quarterly, Annually. Did nothing about it. Oh…except left. For other reasons.
