Davy Jones 1775 :
On June 20, 2025, my Toyota Sequoia sustained severe damage to the cargo door and rear wiper while using the car wash at Tommy’s Express Car Wash’s new location at 520 W Riggin Ave, Visalia, CA 93291. The incident occurred due to their unsafe, poorly maintained equipment and negligent operational practices. The manager, Eduardo, informed me he is reviewing video footage to confirm the machine caused the damage, but the lack of immediate accountability or a clear resolution process has been deeply frustrating. After sharing my experience online, I was alarmed to learn this is not an isolated incident. Multiple other customers came forward, reporting similar damage to their vehicles at this same location, pointing to a troubling pattern of recurring issues with Tommy’s Express Car Wash’s equipment and oversight. This apparent disregard for customer safety and vehicle care has led me to cancel my membership. I strongly urge others to avoid this car wash until they address these systemic safety and maintenance problems. Potential customers deserve better than risking costly damage to their vehicles.

People who don't care about their cars, the car washes are perfect. People who care about their cars should avoid carwashes at all costs
