I think there's a balance to be had. Have your phones on you in case of emergency but choose not to touch them.

I have zero sense of direction. Leaving my phone will result in me getting lost wherever I am. 🙃 I think people just need to learn self control and value spending time together.

We take our phones with us mainly for translations, meet up points for tours and sat nav. Our phones are never out otherwise

Nar u need it for emergencies, maps, pics. Passes etc. but who’s on their phone on holiday. You are out exploring, looking at things. Taking it all in. You are only on it for a few mins at a time

yep can't cos we have kids but we are barely on our phones when together we check them every hour or so but don't sit on them unless just at home with nothing to do

My friend was going through a ton of stress at one point and I took the battery out of both our phones and we spent the day just doing whatever! She still says it was the best day!
